EARN is a state-funded workforce development grant program that invests in strategic partnerships with the public workforce system, higher education and community service organizations. Maryland Apprenticeship and Training Program - a nationally recognized model to build and maintain career pathways between all Maryland jobseekers and Maryland businesses seeking workers. Maryland Division of Rehabilitation Services - Helping Marylanders with disabilities go to work. DORS mission is to help connect disable Marylanders with the right employers benefitting both parties. The program provides Maryland businesses with services including wage reimbursement for on-the-job training, tax incentives and recruitment assistance. It also connects people with disabilities to relevant apprenticeship services helping them navigate the process, provide academic tutoring and provides support to both the job seeker and employer.
