Call for Presenters is open! Do you have a relevant topic that you’d like to share with the recycling/solid waste community? We’re looking for presentation proposals for the 2025 Conference. Topical areas might cover any area related to solid waste and recycling operations, education/outreach, trends, technology, etc. Sessions typically run 45-60 minutes and may include one or more speakers, or a panel focused on a specific topic. Deadline for submission is November 15 (the sooner the better!). Presenters will be notified by the end of December.

Vendors: We’re also looking for exhibitors to share their latest and greatest products and services. Whether you’ve never exhibited at our conference or you’re a regular, this is a great opportunity to get in the room with regional recycling and solid waste professionals. We offer a variety of exhibitor and sponsorship options all designed to help you become more visible and accessible to the mid-Atlantic’s recycling and solid waste community. Over 200 mid-Atlantic recycling and solid waste professionals will show up onsite to meet with and learn from each other and explore the products and services displayed by our exhibitors.
