Exhibit & Sponsorship Opportunities

While we may not be able to fully replicate the in-person trade show experience, Zoom has added (and continues to add) features to its platform that allow attendees to selectively “visit” exhibitors based on their interest or need.

Exhibit “Booths” – Each exhibitor will be provided an exclusive named breakout room open during four 20-minute breaks (two each day) plus a 30-minute slot at the end of the first day (see program here). During these periods, exhibitors may share slides or videos in their virtual booth and converse with attendees who visit. Attendees may move freely from room to room during these breaks. Note: We will provide two training sessions for exhibitors/sponsors to learn about and practice the use of a breakout rooms as an “exhibit booth”.

Promo Videos – Sponsors may also post/present a 30- or 60-second video, ideally featuring a new product or service in their portfolio to attract attendees to their “booth”. As noted below, these videos will be posted on the conference website and presented at general or concurrent sessions depending on the sponsorship. Note: The video does not need to be a Hollywood production. A series of slides with voiceover could work well. We’ll be happy to help if needed.

Funtastic Quizzes – The conference will include up to four fun quizzes (depending on the number of exhibitors who participate) in which those who get the right answer choose from a list of door prizes provided by exhibitors/sponsors. The door prize may be one or more related or unrelated item(s), service discount(s), or whatever you think might be enticing. The total number of prize winners will be limited to the total number of prizes available.

Secret Word (or phrase) Contest – Exhibitors and sponsors may elect to conduct their own secret word or phrase contest in which they offer a prize to any attendee who knows a secret word or phrase shared by the exhibitor during a break. After the conference, we will send out a survey to attendees listing all participating exhibitors/sponsors and asking the attendee to list the secret word or phrase. We will compare the responses to the correct answers and notify the winners and exhibitors/sponsors accordingly.

Conference Promotion – Pre-conference promotions will include the following:

  • Postcard (2 – Save-the-Date & Reminder)
  • Email (12 to list of 1,000+)
  • MRN & SWANA-MA Website
  • Social Media (FB/Twitter from Presenters, Exhibitors, Sponsors, Board Members, MRN HQ)
